Member Groups is an XMB hack that simplifies the process of granting users access to different forums through the use of groups.
Users can apply to join groups, and admins can add the group name to a forum's access list to grant access only to those users that are in the group.
Groups also allow for an easy way for certain users to stay in contact with each other.

If you are a regular user, information on basic group usage can be found in the "User Help" section.

If you are an XMB Admin, specific admin information can be found in the "XMB Admin Help section. It is recommended that you read all sections to get a thourough understanding of how this hack works.
In version 3.0, the Member Groups hack has been completely rewritten from scratch, to be much more secure and light-weight on the forum. If you are upgrading from
any previous Member Group hack, you'll find that the hack works nearly the same, with at least one minor change. For further information, please see the Changelog page.
